GridOS · The Platform

One platform for the
path to power.

GridOS is structured as a sequence of modules, each building on the data and customer relationships created by the one before it. Every phase is fundable and sellable on its own, while compounding toward a generation-agnostic operating system for AI power infrastructure.

01

CESP Automation

Live today

AI-generated, ICC-ready Clean Energy Supply Plans for Illinois data center developers. A 30-minute intake call, a 9-section document formatted to ICC standards, one round of revisions, and a PDF ready for e-Docket submission. The revenue engine and credibility anchor behind everything else in GridOS.

02

Interconnection Intelligence

In development

Given that median interconnection timelines now exceed five years and roughly three-quarters of queued capacity is withdrawn, developers need a way to predict outcomes before committing capital. Module 2 turns SolarAI’s regulatory and site-data expertise into a predictive tool: queue position tracking, utility-by-utility timeline benchmarks, and cost estimation — expanding beyond Illinois into PJM, MISO, and ERCOT.

03

Enterprise GridOS

Planned

This is where CESP generation formally becomes a feature rather than the company: a single platform combining site intelligence (land scoring, transmission proximity, substation availability), permitting and compliance automation, and generation-agnostic procurement recommendations — sold as annual enterprise software contracts.

04

Power Marketplace

Planned

Once developers use GridOS to plan and permit, the natural extension is transacting: sourcing solar, storage, RECs, EPC firms, substations, and transmission consulting directly through the platform, with GridOS earning transaction and placement revenue.

05

Virtual Power Platform

Vision

With enough deployed customers, GridOS data supports optimization: battery dispatch, demand response, and AI workload scheduling that shifts compute-intensive jobs to windows and sites where power is cheapest or most available.

06

SolarAI Compute

Long-term vision

The founder’s original ambition returns here, deliberately last: once GridOS owns the data, relationships, and workflow from Modules 1–5, deploying compute directly — at sites secured through the platform’s own intelligence, powered by whichever generation source is fastest and most economical — becomes a credible extension of an existing business.

⚡ Generation-Agnostic by Design

SolarAI (the legal entity) remains, but the product brand and go-to-market center on GridOS — a power-agnostic platform — rather than on “solar.” Procurement and site-intelligence modules evaluate and recommend across generation types: solar, storage, gas bridge power, grid capacity, and nuclear/SMR where relevant. The market sizing is not cosmetic — the compliance, interconnection, and procurement problem exists for every generation type and every developer.
